We created a strategy complete with a brand structure, product plan as well as future parent-child branding possibilities.

China's growing economy has brought about a change in lifestyle and consumer behavior, including a rising demand for home elevators. However, current models in the market fall short in terms of safety and noise standards. Delta Plus, a new domestic elevator brand, commissioned us to create a go-to-market strategy, brand identity, product plan, and target audience determination. Our challenge was to bridge the gap between consumers and stimulate demand. After re-examining the business model, we targeted the growing demand for villas over 200 square meters. With a clear target audience, we created a distinctive brand identity system that encompasses the brand vision as well as the advanced technology that its products stand for, creating assets such as the logo, colour palettes, brand tonality, icons and user interfaces for the best user experience, and also established a successful B2C strategy.
